We have estimated that we will need to raise a total of $200,000 in cash and "in-kind" donations, sponsorships and grants from government & private organizations: $100,000 to build the Morrisburg Model Village initially; $100,000 to provide funding of a proposed Morrisburg Model Village Ongoing Improvements, Maintenance & Support Fund to assure ongoing funding for maintenance and improvements. These estimates will be refined and adjusted as the project progresses and a detailed financial plan is developed. We are soliciting donations and sponsors in order to fund the project and it's long term ongoing improvement, maintenance and support. We anticipate that donations will be acknowleged with Charitable Tax Receipts. We plan to recognize all sponsors and donors by highlighting their contributions on our website and on Donor/Sponsor Signage located with the model village. Our Sponsors Package  is now available.

You can make donations to the project by Cheque or E-Transfer.

Cheques should be made out to: Morrisburg Model Village (Municipality of South Dundas) and sent to 13005 Riverside Drive, Morrisburg, Ontario, K0C 1X0.

E-Transfers can be made to morrisburgmodelvillage@gmail.com.

Donations made in the next month will be critical to our success.

Our application for a $25,000 matching funds grant comes up for decision by Council in February and their support is very important.  You can let the South Dundas Councillors know about how you feel about supporting this project by Clicking Here: “Message of Support” , OR by sending an email to morrisburgmodelvillage@gmail.com - and we will forward it on.
